CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
At Zomething Strange, we want you to truly enjoy what you ordered. As a small business, we do our very best to make every customer happy. But if something isn’t quite right, we understand and we’re here to help.
We offer a 7-day return window from the day your order is delivered. If you’re not satisfied with your item, you’re welcome to return it within that time frame, even if the product has been opened.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help get everything set up. We’ll send you instructions and a return package so you can safely send the item back. When returning your item, please place it back in the original shipping box to help protect it during transit.
We truly appreciate every order and every customer who supports our small business. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help make it right.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it for you.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
At the moment, we’re not able to take custom orders. As a small business, we’re focused on creating and keeping our current collections stocked and ready for everyone.
That said, we may offer custom options in the future, so it’s definitely something we’re keeping in mind. Thank you for understanding and for your interest in what we make.
